Our Work

MEDIA PRODUCTION

In 15+ years of video production, being able to tell a compelling story has been our favorite part of the work. We believe everyone has a unique story to share. These stories will compel those who visit your site to visit more often and increase donations and participation. Share what you’re doing with people across the world and allow them to share with you.

Make a personal connection. Visuals are an efficient way to get your message across in a very personal way. Your words, your work. We'll walk you through the production process from beginning to end. We’ll work together to make sure your message is delivered. From personal stories to infographics to doodles, this collaboration will enable you to engage your audience.

omg works in both documentary and narrative style, as well as mentoring young and upcoming media artists. Check out our video portfolio here.

  • operations & organizing

River Stories 2020

the other media group worked with Urban Roots and the Great River Passage to walk a group of eight Urban Roots youth and one youth mentor to create the podcast River Stories. This year, due to the risk of COVID-19, the summer sessions were held virtually. The youth discussed a range of potential projects and landed on doing a podcast where they would interview community members about their relationship with water and the natural world.

Payne Area ReBOOT

omg worked with community development organizations on outreach for the revitalization efforts. omg worked with local artists to plan the Payne Area Wonderland, a multi-day event for local artist vendors to sell to the public, and two community engagement events.

Urban Roots Story Gathering and Photo Exhibit

the other media group facilitated this project with the Urban Roots Youth Council. Together they developed a story and image gathering process to engage their identified East Side communities in conversation about their relationships to the Mississippi River and the natural world
